• You will advise our clients in the public sector – such as government agencies, churches, hospitals, and social insurance providers – and develop innovative, customized solutions based on our software for and in collaboration with our clients. • Design of complex government solution architectures based on our OpenText software across various platforms or in the cloud • Providing business consulting to our clients at all stages of digital transformation and on public sector-specific business topics • Development of rollout scenarios and implementation plans • Defining functional enhancements and customizations, as well as testing and documenting

• As Lead Consultant Public Sector, you act as the functional and technological interface between our public administration clients and the OpenText solution teams. • You analyze business processes, identify functional, organizational and regulatory requirements, and translate them into sustainable solution approaches based on the OpenText portfolio. • In this role you combine industry knowledge, consulting skills and technology expertise. • You create clarity between business units and IT, develop viable solution architectures and support our clients in the successful implementation of their digitalization initiatives. • Conduct workshops to analyze, structure and refine functional requirements in the public sector. • Advise business and technical decision-makers as a trusted point of contact for digitalization and transformation projects. • Develop target visions, functional specifications and solution architectures for complex public administration projects. • Consider regulatory, organizational and procedural constraints when designing solutions. • Assess and position suitable products and components from the OpenText portfolio. • Work closely with Presales, Product Management, Engineering and Delivery to ensure successful delivery of customer projects. • Support the definition, documentation, validation and ongoing development of customer requirements and solutions.

• Design, develop, and execute software solutions to address business needs on our Automated Tank Gauge and related platforms • Bring your knowledge of newer technology stacks and frameworks, and identify where they should be applied, helping the rest of the team get up to speed. • Use your experience with Agile methodologies to improve the working of our Agile teams • Collaborate with peers, electrical and mechanical development teams, quality assurance and others as needed to produce game changing solutions • Mentor junior engineers on best practices in design and coding as well as transfer technical knowledge about newer technologies

• Lead UI architecture and design decisions for web and responsive applications. • Define UI standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries. • Review code, enforce quality standards, and mentor UI developers. • Guide adoption of modern UI frameworks and design systems. • Design and develop complex, scalable, and responsive UI solutions. • Build reusable UI components using Angular / React / Vue and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Integrate UI with backend services via REST APIs and microservices. • Optimize applications for performance, security, and cross browser compatibility. • Partner with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high quality implementations. • Work closely with backend engineers, architects, and DevOps teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). • Ensure UI compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG / ADA). • Enforce secure coding practices and enterprise UI standards. • Support automated testing (unit, integration, UI automation).
