• Proactively source candidates across multiple job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels • Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify strong talent • Build pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels • Identify strong passive candidates • Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring needs • Write outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement • Qualify candidates early in the process • Move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow • Maintain organized sourcing workflows and candidate tracking • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach quality • Continuously iterate on sourcing methods, messaging, and targeting
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience - mandatory
- Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms
- Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach skills
- Experience using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
- Experience sourcing across multiple functions and seniority levels - Strong Plus
- Experience in high-growth, e-commerce, or performance-driven companies - Strong Plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools - Strong Plus
