Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S. Qualifications - Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field. - Five (5) years of experience in a Database Administration role or a related position. - Experience must include: - Oracle Exadata Hardware - Generations X11M/X9M. - Oracle Relational Database Software Version 19 and Oracle Golden Gate Microservices Architecture. - Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance 19x. - Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Oracle Enterprise Linux 8x. - Oracle Exalytics X6. - Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c and Oracle Key Vault 21x. - Oracle Data At-Rest (DARE) encryption and Data In-Motion Encryption (DIME). - RDBMS upgrades from version 11x/12x to 19c and above. - Architecture design, Capacity and Maintenance of ExaCC and OCI machines. - Amazon Redshift Database setup, maintenance and Cloudwatch. • Fulfil day-to-day client and CSM requests that require direct updates and interventions within the database environment • Cleanse and prepare large volumes of client data, ensuring consistency, validity, and readiness for system integration • Maintain and update key driver records, including additions, deletions and modifications • Reformat and align incoming datasets to match internal outline and spreadsheet structures, ensuring compliance with expected formatting protocols • Plumb in eLearning modules and translations content into VRM system, ensuring accurate data linkage and accessibility • Produce monthly analytics reports for CSMs • Monitor and troubleshoot cron jobs, addressing failures to ensure critical scripts and automations run successfully and on time • Run data refreshes for clients across weekly, monthly and ad hoc cycles based on unique and customized client specifications • Diagnose and resolve low level database issues, conduct routine backups, maintain database security, address potential data breach exposures, configure environments and perform core file maintenance • Apply client specific Privacy Notices • Manage duplicate override requests sent by the MVR team

• Provide first-line support for developers and production support during maintenance window • Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle RDBMS software and related products • Patching of Oracle RDBMS/Exadata • Maintain database security (per ISP documentation and best practices) • Database tuning and performance monitoring • Assist with application tuning and performance monitoring • Maintain and update documentation and standards • Provide 7x24 support (after hours and maintenance window) • Researching and killing sessions • Extending tablespaces when necessary • Purge XA transactions • General technical troubleshooting and consultation to development teams • Research Oracle database issues, interface with Oracle Corporation for support • C Shell/Perl/SQL scripting, including debugging/maintaining existing scripts and creating new scripts • Partition maintenance • Monitor OEM for potential production issues • Other tasks/duties as assigned

• Administer and maintain Azure SQL and Oracle database environments. • Monitor database performance, optimize queries, indexes, and storage utilization. • Manage backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions. • Implement database security, access control, auditing, and encryption. • Support schema deployments and database change management. • Troubleshoot database performance, data-loading, and integration issues. • Support development, testing, and production database environments.
