• Act as the primary APAC point of contact for exchange operations across demand and supply teams • Monitor marketplace health, traffic quality, campaign delivery, and exchange performance metrics • Manage and resolve operational issues impacting buyers, publishers, and platform performance • Work closely with SSP, DSP, agency, advertiser, and publisher partners to investigate and resolve technical challenges • Analyse bidstream, delivery, and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities • Support onboarding and operational integration of new demand and supply partners • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve exchange functionality and operational workflows • Create and maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and documentation • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase marketplace efficiency and quality • Serve as the escalation point for complex operational and technical issues within the APAC region

• Transform how Fincrime operations are run • Build the operational framework from scratch • Conduct a rapid assessment of the current operational state • Design and implement a complete set of standard operating procedures • Establish escalation paths, handoff protocols, and coverage models • Create the governance cadence for operation running • Own queue health across all Fincrime control types • Report operational performance monthly to the Sr. Director and compliance stakeholders • Interface with the compliance function on quality findings and regulatory examination readiness

• Drive end-to-end transaction execution across all global payment corridors, ensuring the reliable, accurate, and timely delivery of funds across bank transfers, card networks, mobile wallets, and cash payout networks. • Own corridor-level performance metrics (success rates, payout speed, cost). Manage strategic relationships with payout partners and aggregators, and make decisive calls to switch off, replace, or off-board partners that consistently underdeliver. • Build and continuously improve real-time monitoring of transaction flows to detect issues early. Refine escalation paths and playbooks to resolve transaction exceptions immediately before they impact customers, treating time-to-resolution as a core metric. • Design, document, and continuously improve the core operational processes that underpin payment execution, ledger matching, and reconciliation. Partner with Engineering and Product to drive the automation of manual workflows and treat SOPs/runbooks as live operational tools. • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing team of payment operations specialists, analysts, and team leads. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a team culture grounded in extreme ownership, operational rigor, and direct accountability. Define and own the entire KPI framework for Payment Operations (including exception volumes, processing times, transaction success rates, and partner SLA performance). Translate complex operational data into clear, proactive recommendations and act as a decisive escalation point for complex operational incidents.

• Transform Fincrime operations • Build the operational framework from scratch • Conduct a rapid assessment of the current operational state: what processes exist, what is undocumented, where quality is inconsistent, and where there are no standards at all • Design and implement a complete set of standard operating procedures covering alert triage, to drafting investigation summary that can be used for regulatory reporting, and queue management • Establish escalation paths, handoff protocols, and coverage models that work across a globally distributed team and multiple time zones • Create the governance cadence i.e.daily stand-ups, weekly queue reviews, monthly quality reviews that keeps the operation running and productivity visible to leadership • Define what good queue health looks like: target SLAs, acceptable thresholds for triggering backlog review and prioritization • Implement real-time queue monitoring dashboard to monitor productivity • Take ownership of the case management platform used by Fincrime operations analysts • Design and own the quality control and quality assurance framework — defining the standards, scoring rubric, sampling methodology, CAPA process, and reporting cadence that govern how Fincrime control execution is assessed • Build an operation that does not depend on any single timezone's working hours to function
