• Lead the administration of the project document control system (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360). Ensure all project stakeholders are following standardized naming conventions, folder structures, and approval workflows. • Partner with Platform Delivery Managers to design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cost tracking, change management, and project scheduling. • Assist in the development of project-level cash flows and integrated master schedules. Ensure that document milestones are correctly mapped to cost forecasts and schedule logic. • Support the rollout of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and risk management processes across the portfolio. • Conduct training sessions for Project Managers and external vendors on new project control processes. Audit project data regularly to ensure compliance with the Program Management Plan. • Assist in cost accounting activities including reconciliation of actual costs, perform month end closeout activities, monitor project costs against budgets. • Utilize Power BI and Autodesk Cost tools to produce real-time reports on document status, cost variances, and schedule health for executive review.

• Reporting to the Treasurer and working closely with the Treasury Manager, the Senior Treasury Analyst will support Edged's treasury operations, with a focus on debt administration, cash flow forecasting, and day-to-day coordination with lenders and external capital partners. • Assist the Treasurer and Treasury Manager in monitoring the debt portfolio, contribute to the preparation of quarterly loan compliance (and tracking financial covenants) and investor reporting • Support day-to-day cash positioning and liquidity tracking across the EDC platform, escalating funding needs to the Treasurer as they arise • Assist in building and maintaining cash flow forecasts and budgets, under the direction of the Treasurer and Treasury Manager • Provide analytical support to the Treasury Manager and Corporate Development team during debt financing discussions, helping to identify operational considerations within future financings • Support the preparation and processing of monthly debt draws and equity capital calls • Help maintain day-to-day communication and documentation with lenders and banking partners, under the guidance of the Treasurer • Maintain accurate, well-organized treasury files, trackers, and reporting templates to support the broader team's efficiency
