Enablement Program Manager

• Interface with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams across Kofax to create strategic enablement programs and effective training offerings that align directly with the achievement of strategic corporate objectives. • Develop and lead the successful execution of Sales Enablement plans, and supporting programs, in conjunction with regional Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Field & Channel Marketing, Presales, Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances • Work directly with Product Marketing and Industry Marketing to help identify and establish comprehensive enablement programs that support the launch of important product releases and new line of business solutions • Ensure Sales Enablement programs are understood and well-received by target constituents • For each sales enablement program and/or initiative, work with the cross-functional team to determine the best content development strategy and sales-specific education and training • Provide programs and services to ramp Sales new hires to productivity in under nine months and supports and mentors those new hires throughout their onboarding process • Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption • Measure and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and the programs conducted • Respond to internal Sales Enablement requests and ensure all circumstances and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that impact business systems, processes, procedures and policies • Establish an effective methodology to capture, analyze and prioritize new requests for changes to systems, processes and policies • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing all aspects of the ICAM Application and Systems Enablement Task Order, including scope management, schedule management, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. • Support the development and execution of the overall enablement strategy for approximately 600 NIPRNet applications, ensuring alignment with the DoW Zero Trust Execution Roadmap and ICAM PMO guidance. • Coordinate and manage enablement execution teams, dynamically adjusting team composition and size based on project phase, workload, application complexity, and required technical specialties to maintain operational velocity. • Oversee the initial 90-day comprehensive triage of all ~600 pre-registered applications, ensuring triage findings, risk logs, and pathway determinations are accurately documented in the A012 Enablement Tracking Database. • Monitor and report on program performance using the A012 Enablement Tracking Database and A013 Metrics Dashboard, ensuring dashboards are current, accurate, and available to Government stakeholders in real time. • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ICAM Program Management Office (PMO), and Application Owners (AOs), managing relationships, escalations, and stakeholder communications across all levels. • Manage the Application Owner Escalation Matrix process, ensuring all contractor engagement attempts are properly documented, escalations to the COR are timely and accurate, and non-responsive applications are transitioned to Government-Induced Hold (GIH) status per established protocols. • Oversee the development and maintenance of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, including program management reports (A-series), technical reports (C-series), and any shared O&S deliverables (B-series), ensuring they meet quality and timeliness standards. • Support the Test Program by ensuring the development and execution of the Master Test Plan, Software Test Plans, and Software Test Reports in accordance with PWS Sections 5.2 and applicable CDRLs (C001, C002, C003). • Ensure contractor compliance with all applicable security requirements, including CUI handling, OPSEC, DoDM 8140.03 cybersecurity certifications, Section 508 accessibility standards, DFARS 252.204-7012, and all referenced DoD regulations and instructions. • Monitor and manage Government Furnished Information (GFI), ensuring secure handling and tracking of the pre-registered application portfolio and completed migration questionnaires received during transition-in. • Identify and mitigate programmatic and technical risks, maintaining a current risk register and proactively surfacing emerging issues to the Program Manager and Government stakeholders. • Support the preparation and delivery of briefings, status reports, and program reviews for Government leadership and other stakeholders. • Ensure all custom tools, connectors, workflows, enhancements, and documentation developed under the contract comply with DFARS data rights provisions (252.227-7013, 252.227-7014, 252.227-7017) and are delivered to the Government with appropriate rights assertions. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, institutional knowledge retention, and team continuity throughout the enablement lifecycle.
