Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer

• Lead electrical engineering design and provide technical oversight for a range of projects, primarily focused on building systems. • Manage projects in collaboration with client teams, acting as both representative and key project contributor. • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior staff, including EITs and technologists. • Oversee and coordinate the work of consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project quality and delivery.
Job Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Registered P.Eng in British Columbia or eligible via inter-jurisdictional transfer.
- Broad project experience across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial buildings.
- Proficient in power distribution, communications, lighting, life-safety, access controls, and security systems.
- Proficient in utility coordination and building servicing.
- Strong coordination skills with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with drafting in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in municipal infrastructure, Ministry of Transportation and Transit projects, street lighting, and traffic signals would be an asset.
