Role Description The Director, Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for building and leading a global program management function that enables disciplined execution across a complex, multi-region datacenter security program. This role oversees a team accountable for program governance, delivery standards, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes with consistency, pace, and operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director provides executive-level direction, ensures alignment between Securitas and client priorities, and drives consistent program performance, operational discipline, and accountability across global teams. - Drive fast, disciplined execution across a portfolio of programs and/or projects. - Build the operating rhythm, workflows, and governance needed to move work quickly and effectively across global teams. - Lead and develop a team of international managers with clear standards for ownership, pace, judgment, and follow-through. - Create a culture of high accountability and consistent performance. - Ensure communication with internal leaders, partners, and customers is precise, timely, and executive-ready. - Oversee enterprise analytics and reporting, translating data into decisions and actions that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business results. - Remove friction in execution, strengthen documentation and operating procedures, and lead major initiatives with clear expectations of measurable outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience building and leading global program management functions. - 3–5 years at the director level. - Experience working in a PSOC, GSOC, SOC, or comparable security operations environment. - Global, multi-region operations experience. - Background in datacenters is preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships at all organizational levels. - Strategic thinker, effective communicator, and results-oriented leader. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10% of the time). - Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed. - Reliable means of communication and transportation. - Legal right to work in the country where the position is located. - Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Requirements - Ability to maintain composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff. - Work independently without direct supervision. - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Regular use of a computer and keyboard. - Frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds. - Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. - Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus. - Handle sensitive or confidential information. - Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands. Role Description The Program Associate/Program Manager position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of two grant-funded initiatives designed to improve educational outcomes for students with learning disabilities. This position oversees project planning, partner engagement, resource development, and day-to-day implementation to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are achieved successfully and on schedule. - Approximately 75% of this role will support a multi-state Career Connected Learning (CCL) initiative focused on advancing systems change and expanding CCL opportunities for students with learning disabilities. - The remaining 25% will support a statewide Wyoming initiative aimed at strengthening AI literacy and educator capacity for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in special education, with a focus on improving the development and quality of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - This position requires approximately 40% travel during 2026–2027. - This is a two-year, grant-funded position with the possibility of extension contingent upon future funding.
