Role Description As a Solution Engineer you will have the following responsibilities: - Technical ownership of customer opportunities during the pre-sales phase - Customer face-to-face engagement and technical presentation of Keysight Device Security hardware platforms - Demonstration of SCA and FI hardware solutions in customer labs and at Keysight facilities - Support customers in designing and configuring Device Security Lab hardware setups, best fitting with their needs and use-case(s) - Technical feasibility analysis of customer requirements and test setups - Support sales teams in defining the hardware solution architecture and configuration - Preparation of the technical sections of proposals and tenders - Execution of hardware demonstrations, proof-of-concept evaluations, and lab workshops - Collaboration with product development teams to provide feedback from customer engagements - Participation in technical workshops, conferences, and industry events as a hardware security expert - Train and educate customers on the theory and practice of SCA and FI - Travel approximately 30–50% of the time within North America Qualifications - Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI) is strongly preferred - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field - 3–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: - Electronic test and measurement instrumentation - Hardware security or chip-level analysis - Semiconductor validation or lab environments - Embedded systems and microcontroller architectures - Lab test setups and measurement systems - Strong understanding of electronics measurement techniques, oscilloscopes, digitizers, signal acquisition, and hardware debugging - Hands-on experience working in technical lab environments - Ability to understand customer technical challenges and recommend appropriate hardware solutions - Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience - Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with international teams including Account Managers, Product Management and Product Marketing teams - Team player to ensure we provide the best customer experience but also individually able to arrange travel and visit customers - Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus - This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. • Handle configuration requests, incidents, planned tasks and network security-related problems, collecting information from clients or other internal teams such as NOC and SOC. • Produce analytical reports or RCAs, prepare technical opinions, and review reports created by other analysts, ensuring clear and formal communication. • Ensure SLA compliance by receiving, recording and resolving requests, with a primary focus on delivery quality and customer satisfaction. • Support other teams in implementing new features and propose process and practice improvements. • Create routine security and health checks for assets, maintain and update the knowledge base, and develop documentation for performed activities. • Analyze and process security incidents, determining the best approach for resolution. • Contribute to implementing security improvements and enhancements to technical support processes, collaborating with Security and Infrastructure teams. • Monitor and support the procurement team in the equipment licensing process.

• Consulting: You take the lead in our ongoing projects and advise our clients on SAP authorizations and SAP security. • Design and Development: You create authorization and security concepts for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and implement them in our clients' systems. • Team Coordination: You coordinate tasks within our team and coach junior staff toward senior-level skills. • Impact & Short Decision-Making Paths: Your ideas have a direct influence on the success of the startup.

• Design, build, and own security integrations and detections (WAF, RASP/exploit prevention, API Security, IAST, SCA) across multiple libraries, with .NET and/or Java as your primary focus. • Take projects from prototype to deployed, correct, operable, and maintainable, writing code that safely instruments thousands of applications in production. • Own your systems operationally: monitor production telemetry (e.g., WAF/RASP timeouts, performance and cost), debug challenging cross-system issues, and drive down customer-facing problems. • Shape the roadmap: help define the OKRs for the systems you own, break features into components other engineers can build in parallel, and drive designs and RFCs to alignment across our security library teams. • Partner with product management, backend, and frontend teams to turn product ideas, new detections, agentic onboarding, API security, into capabilities customers actually adopt. • Mentor teammates and act as a force multiplier: raise the bar on code quality and testing, and make the whole team more effective than you'd be on your own. • Represent Datadog in the relevant language and security communities.
