• Edit and produce video content for a variety of formats including social media short-form (Reels, TikTok), long-form content, YouTube videos, paid ad creative, and brand videos. • Cut, color grade, add motion graphics, sound design, captions, and transitions to produce polished final outputs. • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing strategists, and account managers to understand content goals and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, delivering assets on time and to quality standards. • Optimize videos for specific platforms (aspect ratios, file formats, length guidelines, etc.). • Iterate on edits based on performance data and stakeholder feedback. • Organize and maintain a video asset library and project files. • Stay current with video trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats. • Assist with basic motion graphics or animated content as needed. • Collaborate with graphic designers on visual consistency across video and static assets.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional video editing experience in a marketing, agency, or content production environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio of video work across different formats and channels.
- Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
- Ability to edit efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm.
- Understanding of platform-specific video specifications and best practices.
- NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience producing high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with performance-driven ad creative editing for paid social campaigns.
- Experience with 2D animation or advanced motion graphics.
