• Develop and enhance web applications related to digital signatures and seals • Actively contribute to requirements and technical concepts — your ideas will be included from the outset • Work closely with our UI/UX team to create modern, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces • Develop intuitive and accessible user interfaces to ensure our applications are usable for everyone • Help design and evolve our Governikus UI by building reusable components that are also used in other products • Continuously refactor and consistently apply Clean Code principles to ensure a sustainable, high-quality codebase • Monitor current trends in the frontend and UI space and continuously develop your professional skills to bring new ideas into our products

- Design and evolve the architecture of a large Next.js (App Router) application: rendering strategy (SSR / SSG / ISR / RSC), code-splitting, and bundle health. - Drive web performance work end to end - Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), edge caching, and RUM-based measurement. - Set the engineering standard through code review, pairing, and picking up the most complex or ambiguous tasks. - Own frontend observability: tracing, RUM, and the feedback loop from production back into engineering decisions. - Shape the CDN and caching strategy together with platform/infra (cache keys, Vary, surrogate keys, edge logic). - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4-6 frontend engineers (1:1s, growth plans, performance feedback). - Own delivery for the team: planning, prioritization, scoping, and realistic commitments. - Partner with product, design, backend, and DevOps on roadmap and technical trade-offs. - Improve how the team works: branching strategy, CI/CD, definition of done, release process.

• Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders who built the apps themselves • Review and finalize code from citizen developers (React/JS frontends, FastAPI backends) • Handle security compliance and prepare apps for enterprise security review • Deploy applications to AWS EKS and manage ongoing operations • Work across multiple parallel workstreams simultaneously

• Build performant, accessible, and responsive UIs in ReactJS • Develop scalable and secure backend services with NodeJS and Express • Work with data engineers to unify structured and unstructured data across sources (RDS, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch, etc.) • Implement search capabilities using tools like Amazon OpenSearch and Kendra • Contribute to ETL processes and pipelines that make client data searchable and actionable • Participate in architecture discussions for full-stack applications and API integrations • Translate Figma mockups into reusable, maintainable UI components • Optimize frontend and backend performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, demo solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals. • Contribute to internal best practices, code reviews, and shared component libraries
