About the role The People Partner is responsible for supporting our Magic Office business functions, aligning business objectives with employees and management across their respective business area. The position will serve as a trusted business partner, problem solver and HR support to the leadership and management teams on people-related issues. The People Partner will act as an employee champion and change agent, supporting the People Partnering Director and wider People Team in delivering our People Plan to the Magic Office population.
