• Plan, schedule, and execute production deployments in coordination with the client's engineering team • Flex into US working hours (afternoon/evening Romania time) during deployment windows to align with the client on releases, change requests, and incident response • Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact between our team and the client during release cycles • Investigate and resolve deployment, networking, and infrastructure issues in production, escalating to the engineering team when needed • Communicate deployment status, risks, and incidents clearly to both client and internal teams • Improve the deployment infrastructure and tooling: CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, runbooks, observability, automation • Work on broader cloud and Kubernetes operations: cluster maintenance, networking, secret management, cost and reliability improvements • Help shape deployment processes and change management as the platform grows

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines. • Work with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps to improve secure delivery. • Automate deployments and streamline release processes. • Support secure development practices across the team. • Collaborate with developers, security, and operations partners. • Contribute to application modernization and legacy system transition work. • Help troubleshoot build, deployment, and integration issues. • Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.

• Further development of the Kubernetes-based hosting platform • Ensure system stability, performance and scalability • Manage bare-metal deployments and storage provisioning • Contribute expertise to technical decision-making • Identify optimizations and implement concrete improvements

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform deployments • Administer, configure, and optimize SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, including site architecture, permissions, and workflow automation • Develop and manage Azure infrastructure components (App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, storage, networking) supporting platform operations • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support operational visibility and contract deliverables • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure DevOps practices align with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA, etc.) • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using scripting/IaC tools (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, etc.) • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies across SharePoint and Azure environments • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting requirements • Support integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services to streamline business processes
