• Design, Contribute, Implement & Own operational processes • Assign tasks to engineers as required • Line Management of the team, including hiring, performance reviews, etc. • Work with the Engineering Team Lead to improve the platform • Be part of an on-call group (team lead, escalation level) • Work with customers as required to resolve their issues • Collaborate with Internal development teams as required

• As an Enterprise SDR, youʼll be the tip of the spear in our go-to-market motion. • Youʼll strategically identify and engage high-value accounts in target industries, build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive the first conversations that lead to transformative enterprise deals. • This isnʼt high-volume, spray-and-pray prospecting. • Youʼll operate with precision — partnering closely with Account Executives, marketing, and product to open doors with the right personas at the right time, in accounts where AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance are mission-critical priorities.

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services primarily in Python • Building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML applications • Operationalizing and deploying Generative AI systems for production use • Developing APIs to serve AI features to downstream applications • Orchestrating agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom solutions • Ensuring monitoring, logging, and observability of GenAI services • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Run day-to-day IT operations for a remote, globally distributed team • Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end • Maintain asset inventory, software license hygiene, and vendor relationships • Identify repetitive IT workflows and automate them • Maintain Transcenda’s SOC 2 Type II program • Keep IT-side security baselines current • Respond to client security reviews, questionnaires, and due-diligence requests • Communicate changes in IT and security posture clearly

• Plan, schedule, and execute production deployments in coordination with the client's engineering team • Flex into US working hours (afternoon/evening Romania time) during deployment windows to align with the client on releases, change requests, and incident response • Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact between our team and the client during release cycles • Investigate and resolve deployment, networking, and infrastructure issues in production, escalating to the engineering team when needed • Communicate deployment status, risks, and incidents clearly to both client and internal teams • Improve the deployment infrastructure and tooling: CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, runbooks, observability, automation • Work on broader cloud and Kubernetes operations: cluster maintenance, networking, secret management, cost and reliability improvements • Help shape deployment processes and change management as the platform grows
