Principal UX Designer – Artificial Intelligence

• The Principal Designer will be responsible for designing and developing, high-quality AI-driven solutions that meet our clients' needs. • This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative AI solutions. • Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops to align groups of stakeholders and define a future vision. • Facilitate a strong product discovery process around understanding stakeholder needs, business and user applications, and constantly validating hypotheses. • Seek to deeply understand how users behave, clearly define and prioritize challenges and opportunities to ensure we are working on the right things at the right time. • Propose workflows that leverage AI components to enhance the overall user experience. • Create storyboards, low-fidelity wireframes, and user journey maps to capture the vision of customers and define user flows. • Translate complex AI-driven functionalities into intuitive, user-friendly designs. • Help to articulate design decisions and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in design, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Ability to communicate concepts to audiences of all levels of understanding.

  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning capabilities.
  • Proficient with collaborative white-boarding tools such as LucidSpark, Miro, Invision Freehand, Figma Jam, or similar.
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools for high-fidelity wireframing such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
