Vision Cybersecurity

• Develop and monitor financial and operational indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions based on data, as well as operational controls and indicators • Lead economic and financial feasibility projects to support strategic decision-making • Design and monitor cash flow in partnership with Treasury and other stakeholders • Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk management processes, proposing continuous improvements • Serve as the point of contact for audit processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality information • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations, keeping the company in good standing with regulatory authorities • Prepare management presentations for the executive team, translating financial data into strategic insights • Support senior management in business planning and in defining management strategies and direction • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous development, and results orientation within the department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in administrative, accounting and/or financial management
  • Proven experience in auditing (internal or external), with solid knowledge of risk analysis and financial statements
  • Proven track record in controllership with a business results-oriented perspective, not limited to operational accounting
  • Experience in medium to large companies, preferably with a holding structure, companies with fund investments and/or subsidiaries
  • Proficiency in month-end/financial close, P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial projections, and statistical concepts
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making
  • Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), tax legislation and corporate governance
  • Ability to build and manage financial and operational indicators
