Controller
Vision Cybersecurity
• Develop and monitor financial and operational indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions based on data, as well as operational controls and indicators • Lead economic and financial feasibility projects to support strategic decision-making • Design and monitor cash flow in partnership with Treasury and other stakeholders • Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk management processes, proposing continuous improvements • Serve as the point of contact for audit processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality information • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations, keeping the company in good standing with regulatory authorities • Prepare management presentations for the executive team, translating financial data into strategic insights • Support senior management in business planning and in defining management strategies and direction • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous development, and results orientation within the department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in administrative, accounting and/or financial management
- Proven experience in auditing (internal or external), with solid knowledge of risk analysis and financial statements
- Proven track record in controllership with a business results-oriented perspective, not limited to operational accounting
- Experience in medium to large companies, preferably with a holding structure, companies with fund investments and/or subsidiaries
- Proficiency in month-end/financial close, P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial projections, and statistical concepts
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making
- Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), tax legislation and corporate governance
- Ability to build and manage financial and operational indicators

• Manage a portfolio of outstanding debt to support cash collection targets and reduce aged debt. • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to clients regarding outstanding invoices. • Build and maintain effective relationships with Partners, Lawyers, and Clients to facilitate debt recovery. • Deliver a professional and customer-focused approach while managing sensitive collection conversations. • Investigate and resolve payment delays by liaising with internal departments and identifying root causes. • Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings to discuss debt recovery strategies and account management. • Prepare and distribute monthly statements of account using Excel. • Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity updates within the 3E system. • Develop and implement collection strategies to maximise recoveries and minimise overdue balances. • Ensure all collection activities are completed in line with company procedures and service standards.

• Own the monthly close end to end - journals, working papers, reconciliations and three-statement reporting - and keep our cash flow visibility sharp • Run payroll review and commissions across our UK, US and Italian teams, and keep day-to-day finance ops humming: sales invoicing, ARR, supplier renewals, new client contract setup and expense management (Spendesk) • Lead our regulatory and partner reporting (including NatWest and Bank of Lithuania) and tax compliance across the UK, US and Lithuania • Support our fundraise hands-on - helping answer investor due diligence questions, keeping the process moving, and assisting on budgets and the raise model • Be a key point of contact for our annual audit, and maintain our cap table, master options file and share option calculations
