Credit Controller
K2 Partnering Solutions
• Following up on invoices and escalating overdue payments in line with established processes. • Sending invoices to clients via various means, including portals and other platforms. • Processing incoming payments in various currencies in compliance with financial policies and procedures, and posting them to customer accounts in SAP. • Reconciling assigned accounts on the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and allocated, and issuing customer statements as required. • Reviewing payment terms for new customers and assessing their creditworthiness, using credit agencies such as Creditsafe via online applications. • Forecasting client payments for cash flow management purposes. • Attending monthly EMEA Cash Collection meetings and providing updates on DSO. • Establishing relationships with clients’ Accounts Payable departments. • Dealing with various queries and escalating issues when necessary. • Working closely with the Sales and Business Operations teams to ensure effective communication. • Proactively identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes consistent with company policies. • Ad-hoc duties and projects as directed by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven success across all aspects of account management, debt management, cash collection and improvement of DSO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional and engaging telephone manners
- Ability to learn and understand client invoice and PO portals
- Experience with SAP and other accounting systems
- Experience with Salesforce will be valued
- Advanced Excel skills (queries, pivot tables and lookups)
- An innate sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
- Adept at organization and time management
- A logical and strategic mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (French, German, and other European languages are a plus).

Financial Controller
BudProviding deep and accurate customer context from transaction data for hyper-personalized digital banking experiences
• Own the monthly close end to end - journals, working papers, reconciliations and three-statement reporting - and keep our cash flow visibility sharp • Run payroll review and commissions across our UK, US and Italian teams, and keep day-to-day finance ops humming: sales invoicing, ARR, supplier renewals, new client contract setup and expense management (Spendesk) • Lead our regulatory and partner reporting (including NatWest and Bank of Lithuania) and tax compliance across the UK, US and Lithuania • Support our fundraise hands-on - helping answer investor due diligence questions, keeping the process moving, and assisting on budgets and the raise model • Be a key point of contact for our annual audit, and maintain our cap table, master options file and share option calculations
• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple entities • Validate monthly license revenue and recognition for other revenue types in accordance with ASC 606 • Prepare journal entries for expense accruals, depreciation/amortization, re-allocations, deferred rent, and more • Perform detailed reviews of the General Ledger and maintain balance sheet reconciliations • Validate subscription, unit, and service revenue and make necessary adjustments • Act as Finance approver for all employee expense reports via Concur • Manage AR aging and collaborate with Client Success to resolve overdue invoices and determine quarterly allowance adjustments • Oversee cash management for domestic and foreign bank accounts, including weekly payment approvals and monthly reconciliations • Monitor banking covenants for compliance and prepare lender reporting packages • Coordinate annual audits across jurisdictions (U.S., U.K., Netherlands), and support tax and audit preparation with external advisors • Prepare standard weekly, monthly and quarterly investor reporting • Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A due diligence, international expansion, and system implementations • Recommend, document, and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures • Research and resolve accounting issues to ensure compliance with US GAAP • Administer the accounting tech stack including ERP, billing, and AP (Sage Intacct, Maxio, Tipalti) • Lead projects to increase efficiency and automation of accounting operations • Assess and improve ERP systems and financial tech tools to support scale and growth • File monthly sales tax returns in nexus states and ensure compliance with all jurisdictional requirements, including Secretary of State filings. • Mentor and develop accounting team members • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
