Senior Salesforce Developer – Talent Connection

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Design, enhance, and support Managed Packages for AppExchange. • Customize and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Salesforce APIs. • Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with platform best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Managed Packages (AppExchange).
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience developing integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Git and Salesforce DX.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
