Role Description We are seeking a high-potential VP of FP&A Finance & Revenue Operations to help shape the next phase of growth for a global, PE-backed SaaS company in fintech/lending automation. This is a forward-looking, strategic finance and operations role reporting directly to the CEO, spanning FP&A, revenue operations, and operating cadence. You will partner with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and functional leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and informed decision-making. - Own company-wide FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning - Build operating models (ARR, bookings, pipeline, burn, headcount, cash) - Partner with the CEO on strategy, scenario modeling, and capital allocation - Prepare Board and investor materials - Lead Revenue Operations including forecasting, territory planning, and GTM analytics - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on efficiency & unit economics - Support M&A diligence and integration planning - Drive cost optimization across a global organization Qualifications - 7–12 years finance experience (SaaS preferred) - Strong FP&A and modeling background - Exposure to PE-backed environments and/or M&A - Operator mindset with executive presence - Comfortable in ambiguity and building structure Requirements - Direct reporting to the CEO - Ownership of Finance and Revenue Operations - PE and Board exposure - Global operating environment Benefits - Opportunity to build and scale the product marketing function during a critical growth phase - High visibility and direct impact on sales success and market positioning - Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional partnership - Global market opportunity in a rapidly growing fintech category
