As our Solution Architect focused on the Wellbeing anchor product, you'll serve as primary subject matter expert for clients and prospects, translating complex needs into solutions that maximize operational effectiveness and create frictionless client and member experiences. - Build deep product expertise: - Become subject matter expert on the Wellbeing anchor product including product offerings, processes, and intersections with other products and services. - Deliver client recommendations: - Work directly with clients and prospects to provide thoughtful, feasible recommendations based on needs identified in partnership with account, strategy, and sales teams. - Provide on-demand SME support: - Deliver subject matter expertise across pre-sales, implementation, and account management contexts as warranted by client and prospect needs. - Own efficiency projects: - Manage at least one proactive operational efficiency project annually designed to increase client satisfaction or decrease operational lift without compromising quality of client or member experience. - Build cross-functional relationships: - Establish and maintain key internal collaborator relationships with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Sales, and Strategic Development. - Execute strategic initiatives: - Drive tactics that achieve strategic goals and annual operating plan of the Solution Architect team. - Stay current: - Commit to continued learning and staying ahead of product changes, market developments, and competitive landscape shifts.
