What You Will Do: - Own recruiting from job posting through onboarding for both our Chicago positions and our remote Latin America positions - Market open roles and run outreach that pulls in qualified applicants - Conduct screening calls, schedule baseline and focused interviews, and prepare the documentation hiring managers need - Keep our ATS, ApplicantPro, current and move every candidate forward - Review Predictive Index behavioral targets against candidate results - Write scorecard notes and give hiring managers straight feedback - Manage onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and exit interviews - Build our employer brand through reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed - Report on screening call volume, time to hire, quality of hire, retention, and turnover Qualifications - 2 or more years as a full cycle recruiter, 4 or more preferred - Great English!
