• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and business priorities. • Create content strategies, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks to strengthen brand positioning. • Plan, write, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital platforms. • Lead founder-focused content and thought leadership initiatives that enhance executive visibility and industry influence. • Research industry trends, emerging topics, and audience insights to identify high-impact content opportunities. • Write compelling platform-specific copy, captions, articles, and business narratives tailored to different audiences. • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to transform content concepts into visually engaging digital assets. • Recommend content formats and channel-specific strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand awareness. • Monitor content performance and continuously optimize strategies based on audience engagement and business objectives. • Maintain consistent brand messaging while managing multiple content initiatives and project timelines.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in **Content Strategy**, **Content Marketing**, **Copywriting**, or **Social Media Content** within B2B environments.
  • Strong expertise in content planning, editorial calendar management, and business storytelling.
  • Proven experience creating founder-led content and executive thought leadership initiatives.
  • Excellent understanding of **LinkedIn content strategy** and professional audience engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business topics into engaging content.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-quality digital campaigns and branded content.
  • Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple content initiatives while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Experience working with industries such as commercial real estate, co-working, workplace solutions, enterprise services, hospitality, architecture, infrastructure, or other B2B sectors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with short-form video content, digital marketing trends, and multi-platform content optimization is a plus.
