Business Development Representative
SplitMetrics
• Conduct company research based on SplitMetrics' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and execute personalized, data-informed outreach to Enterprise and C-level contacts. • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, quickly assessing fit and routing warm opportunities into the pipeline. • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to build and enrich the sales pipeline with new opportunities. • Run discovery and qualification calls with Enterprise companies and C-level titles to surface needs and hand qualified opportunities to the Sales Team. • Own pipeline and demos-booked targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, with a focus on quality over volume, contributing to team-wide KPIs. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect and company records in HubSpot to track sales metrics and progress. • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team on outreach strategy, sharing feedback and refining messaging based on what's converting. • Actively participate in education sessions and training, and contribute expertise and best practices back to the Sales department.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in a BDR or quota-carrying sales role, ideally including Enterprise or C-level outreach.
- Track record across both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques — cold calls, personalized LinkedIn/email messaging, and discovery calls.
- Experience with prospecting tools and a CRM (HubSpot a plus).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Quick learner who adapts well to an ever-changing environment.
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Coachable, resilient, and energized by feedback.
- Comfortable operating with some ambiguity within an established, fast-moving team
