Role Description We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to design and govern cloud-native solutions across compute, networking, data, identity, and security domains on a major cloud platform. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate brings strong breadth across modern cloud capabilities, depth in at least one major provider, and the architectural judgment to balance time-to-market, cost, security, and long-term maintainability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles. - Deep expertise designing cloud-native solutions on at least one major cloud platform. - Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security primitives. - Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and platform consolidation programs. - Strong understanding of containerization, serverless, and managed data services. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadership. - Track record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction. - Cloud architecture certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Requirements - Multiple cloud architecture certifications. - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. - Exposure to regulated industries with strict cloud compliance requirements. - Experience driving FinOps and cost transparency initiatives. • Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance management • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for technical pre-sales engagements, POCs, and solution designs • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and execute technical pre-sales strategy • Participate in strategic customer engagements and complex technical discussions • Create and maintain best practices documentation for solution design and technical pre-sales processes • Build and manage relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders including AWS and Microsoft • Allocate SOW requests to the appropriate Solution Architect and QA final proposals • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for the Solutions Architecture team • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and methodologies • Contribute to team strategy, process and methodology based on market and customer feedback • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization, incorporating financial-specific frameworks

• Build and configure Azure cloud infrastructure to support the data platform. • Provision infrastructure using Terraform and/or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps . • Deploy and configure the Azure Databricks platform, ensuring it is production-ready. • Automate infrastructure deployment and platform management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to accelerate platform delivery. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and optimize platform reliability.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments; • Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of database environments; • Implement and manage Disaster Recovery solutions and Oracle Data Guard; • Execute migrations of environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI); • Automate infrastructure using Terraform; • Monitor critical environments and perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve incidents; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define architectures and cloud best practices; • Support continuous improvement initiatives for the infrastructure and operation of Oracle Cloud environments; • Other related duties.
