• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) • Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition targets • Identify and engage business owners, founders, and CEOs • Qualify opportunities for potential acquisition • Schedule and run introductory calls with prospects • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) • Conduct ongoing follow-up with prospects over long sales cycles • Support deal flow by gathering key business information • Attend industry events and conferences (as needed)
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in BDR / SDR, Business Development, or Inside Sales / Outbound Sales
- Proven experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Comfortable speaking with business owners or other decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field
- Able to travel to Chicago quarterly
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Experience generating pipeline from scratch rather than only closing inbound or existing opportunities
- Experience in M&A, Private Equity, Deal Sourcing, or selling into SMB / mid-market companies
- Experience using ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

As a Financial Analysis on our Global Private Bank (GPB) Planning and Analysis (P&A) MIS Control team, you will collectively seek to simplify MIS processes and create efficiencies by directing improvement in data tools and implementing best practices.
