• Support the design, development, and implementation of diverse applications using web technologies. • Create and maintain detailed technical product and end user support documentation. • Evaluate requirements and propose high level design and technical solutions at all stages of development. • Analyze solutions and applications to ensure that they are interoperable, performant and maintainable. • Write high-quality and well-documented code for projects to ensure adherence to team and/or department coding standards. • Evaluate and provide accurate estimated timelines for development requirements. • Participate in and perform code reviews to ensure quality, proactive identification of defects, and recommend improvements. • Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges for assigned projects. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of technologies that will be used in new and existing modules of the solution (e.g., Machine Learning frameworks, data storage and capture frameworks etc.). • Advise and provide feedback and recommendations on quality technical design and industry trends. • Support in complex projects for other colleagues including, but not limited to, supporting the workflow and providing expert advice and solutions to escalated and complex project challenges and roadblocks. • Actively participate in setting and maintaining software development best practices within the department and team.

• Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. • Partner with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features that meet user and business needs. • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that improve scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, database queries, and stored procedures to support reliable application performance. • Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Review code, promote development standards, and help maintain high quality through testing and CI/CD practices. • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability. • Continuously evaluate tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity and application quality.

• Independently design, develop, and implement highly complex, scalable Salesforce applications and integrations using advanced Apex, complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced declarative features • Design and maintain robust back-end services, APIs, and complex automation workflows utilizing Node.js, Python, and scalable cloud technologies • Build and manage reliable data pipelines and integration processes (ETL) on Azure platform and Salesforce Data 360 • Own integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise platforms • Lead customization and expansion of Agentforce capabilities • Drive implementation of Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features • Lead technical contribution to AI and ML initiatives • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks • Serve as a key contributor to the Agile team • Mentor and guide junior Software Engineer team members • Collaborate closely with product managers, data science teams, and business partners

• Develop and maintain features, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. • Create efficient, scalable solutions in collaboration with designers and other developers. • Participate in the technical design of solutions proposed by the squad and monitor the health of features in production (bugs and crashes). • Write unit tests and review code in pull requests from other developers. • Ensure the app works across screen sizes, operating system versions, and devices. • Evaluate solutions proposed by the product team and other stakeholders, ensuring technical suitability. • Actively participate in squad and mobile area ceremonies.
