Job Requirements

  • Based in Latin America with professional English; Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.
  • 1–3 years in search funds, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, executive search, B2B sales, or comparable sourcing work.
  • Strong research judgment, concise writing, and persistent but respectful follow-through.
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills and comfort working from a CRM every day.
  • Helpful but not required: Prior search-fund internship or lower-middle-market transaction exposure.
  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Grata, HubSpot, or Affinity.
  • A work sample showing how you mapped a market or sourced hard-to-find companies.
