• Ensure the availability and performance of cloud platforms and services • Manage incident response and compliance with production requirements • Develop technical solutions to complex problems

• Own deployments end-to-end across UAT, pre-production, and production environments • Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Manage database deployments as part of every release • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their release needs • Monitor API observability dashboards and triage issues as needed • Drive the evolution from manual deployment processes to automated, gated pipelines • Make targeted Infrastructure as Code changes (Terraform) when needed • Author runbooks, deployment checklists, and operational documentation

• Write and contribute code to improve scalability, reliability, and performance. • Contribute unit tests and participate in peer reviews to maintain a high quality codebase. • Collaborate closely within a small agile team to plan, deliver, and continuously improve. • Ensure operational readiness of solutions, including performance, monitoring, reliability, and disaster recovery considerations. • Contribute across design, development, automation, and operational support activities. • Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and automated releases. • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational workflows. • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD and automation. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Installs and Support teams to ensure platforms are production ready and well supported.

• Own and continuously improve the end-user desktop experience across Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, Intune, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft 365, and specialized business applications. • Support and optimize our cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, networking, identity management, and access controls across Microsoft Azure. • Learn, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and reliability of internally supported applications running on technologies such as Python, Node.js, and Java. • Build security into every stage of delivery by supporting vulnerability management, secrets management, access hardening, logging, and audit readiness. • Participate in monitoring, incident response, and a shared follow-the-sun on-call rotation to ensure continuous operational support. • Work closely with global teammates to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support our employees and clients. • Contribute to our Prompt-Driven Delivery (PDD) culture by directing AI-assisted development, validating results, and ensuring every solution meets CQ fluency's quality standards.
