• Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, methodology and enablement • Begin participation in field activities with clients by shadowing seasoned architects and practicing enablement gained from training • Begin to execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and start on your journey to internalise business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches • Complete MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp on technology and implementation methodologies; start to develop and contribute subject matter expertise and project deliverables to internal knowledge exchange • Begin mentorship and guidance of junior Services team members and help to build out our services organisation • Continue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle • Evangelise frameworks, project deliverables, best practices/policies and implementations to internal collaboration networks and IP sharing • Identify opportunities to expand MuleSoft footprint and drive further services and customer service, lead multiple engagements simultaneously, and drive partnerships and cross collaboration with MuleSoft partners, SIs and 3rd Parties • Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout project experiences in the field and contribute to developing and implementing internal mitigation measures to meet customer needs • Evangelise, train, coach and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills • Identify opportunities and efficiencies in customer IT operating model, and support implementation of the SDLC pipeline to get greater values out of the MuleSoft platform • Lead development of technical brown bag sessions and publish/facilitate reusable content to the field • Work with MuleSoft product leadership providing valuable product insight, guiding product direction and features • Deliver compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, and requirements-gathering workshops to influence the strategic direction of our projects and lead customers through solution design

• Shape the long-term Back-End Manufacturing and OSAT Strategy aligned with Nexperia’s business growth objectives. • Lead strategic initiatives including make-or-buy assessments, manufacturing footprint optimization, capacity planning, and investment evaluations. • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for external manufacturing partnerships, supplier ecosystems, and outsourcing strategies. • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development to support executive decision-making. • Translate complex operational and business data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Groups, Back-End Operations, External Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Technology Development, and Corporate Strategy to drive high-impact strategic initiatives. • Drive strategic projects that improve manufacturing flexibility, cost competitiveness, and long-term supply resilience. • Present recommendations and strategic updates to senior management and key stakeholders. • Monitor semiconductor industry trends, OSAT developments, and emerging manufacturing opportunities.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the data components - including Cassandra, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Kafka, Zookeeper, MySQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL , and use that understanding to operate and automate properly configured clusters. • Develop infrastructure services to support the CrowdStrike engineering team’s pursuit of a full devops model. • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Support to troubleshoot time-sensitive production issues, regardless of when they happen. • Keep petabytes of critical business data safe, secure, and available.

• Design and implement idiomatic Rust libraries and APIs for foundational CUDA functionality and GPU algorithms • Build safe Rust abstractions over native CUDA and C/C++ interfaces • Develop and maintain the C/C++ components required to support Rust-facing functionality • Establish safe and efficient interoperability between Rust and C/C++, including interfaces that support downstream Python integration • Optimize performance across Rust, native C/C++, and GPU execution boundaries • Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, profiling, benchmarking, documentation, packaging, release, and maintenance • Improve the Rust developer experience through examples, diagnostics, build integration, compatibility testing, CI, and collaboration with C/C++, Python, compiler, and runtime engineers • Work with users to investigate and resolve issues related to safety, correctness, usability, compatibility, and performance.
