Job Description

Student Services Coordinator

LearnWell

• Data entry and data management of all student information within our CRM platform. • Diligent review of required student documents within our CRM and collection of any missing information. • Communication to school district personnel regarding approval for students’ academic services and collection of students’ schoolwork. • Support to operational and teaching staff regarding information within our CRM and/or needed report generation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business or Communications preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Proven professionalism with communication, both written and verbal
  • Must perform well under pressure and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
