Job Description

Affiliate Faculty, Criminology

The Community Solution Education System

• Teach a minimum of six credit hours of instruction, or equivalent in academic assignments • Perform additional academic-related assignments equivalent to the amount of work required for additional hours of instruction such as committee work and activities related to program learning outcome assessment (PLO), course lead responsibilities, and student mentoring • Perform additional duties as determined by the Department Chair

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a master's degree in criminal justice, criminology, or a closely related field from a regionally-accredited institution
  • Prior undergraduate teaching experience
  • Experience teaching in online/asynchronous environment
  • Experience with program learning outcome assessment
  • Undergraduate faculty mentoring experience preferred
  • Ability to refresh course materials so they are current
