Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Copywriter & Copy Editor (English/Spanish) to join our team on a remote basis, 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, editor, translator, and project manager who can produce high-quality original content while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and brand voice across multiple languages. This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple projects with fast turnaround times. What You Will Do: - Write, edit, proofread, and refine original content in English and Spanish across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, web, advertising, presentations, and marketing material. - Develop compelling headlines, hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), campaign messaging, and brand storytelling that drive engagement and conversions. - Contribute creative thinking and conceptual development to project briefs, helping shape campaign ideas and messaging strategies, not simply executing assigned copy. - Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure copy and visual elements work together effectively across various media formats. - Review creative assets within Figma, Miro, and other collaboration tools, providing detailed copy feedback, comments, and recommendations. - Translate and localize content between English and Spanish while maintaining brand voice, tone, and cultural relevance. - Coordinate and manage translations into additional languages as needed. - Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all written and translated content. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization. - Utilize AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, while relying primarily on professional writing, editing, strategic thinking, and creative expertise. - Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure deliverables meet objectives. Qualifications - Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish. - Proven experience as a copywriter, copy editor, content writer, or creative copywriter. - Strong portfolio demonstrating original writing, editing, campaign development, and conceptual thinking. - Experience creating engaging headlines, hooks, CTAs, advertising copy, and campaign messaging. - Ability to think strategically and conceptually, translating business objectives into compelling creative ideas and narratives. - Strong understanding of how copy functions across digital, social, web, email, advertising, and visual media. - Experience reviewing and collaborating on creative work within Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms. - Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and projects simultaneously. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Role Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for an On-Call Copywriter to join our Creative Team. This is an on-call position and the work hours will be scheduled with the hiring manager directly. This individual will be responsible for supporting our creative staff of writers with overflow and translating business strategies into relevant messaging for campaigns, omni-channel marketing, and content for both digital and print. This position reports to the Copy Manager and supports the Marketing team, which is responsible for overall strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing (site and e-mail design, in-store communications, social media) and TV/video advertising campaigns. The On-Call Copywriter will be instrumental in infusing humor into our messaging, giving it a conversational flair.
