Company Description It all started when engineer Fred Luddy wrote code that automated a tedious task for his coworker, Phyllis. She cried tears of joy. That moment inspired Fred to build a company that could do that for everyone—freeing people from busywork so they could focus on meaningful work. Today, ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention. We're building an AI-native culture where technology and talent are unstoppable together. And we're just getting started. Join us to put AI to work for people. Job Description About this role: ServiceNow is looking for a world class Senior Program Manager to join the Office of the SVP within Enterprise and Field Marketing. This role will be the operational and programmatic backbone of EFM's most consequential work. You will support the systems, cadences, and reporting infrastructure that allow a 500-person global marketing organization to run with clarity and speed. You will help drive the portfolio of high-priority special projects the SVP and Chief of Staff need executed with rigor and urgency. This is not a field execution role. It is a force multiplier role for the Office of the SVP. You will have direct visibility into EFM's most critical strategic work and direct accountability for keeping it moving. What you will own: - Special Projects and Strategic Program Management: Support the orchestration of high-priority projects assigned by the Chief of Staff. This includes contributing to EFM transformation workstreams, helping resolve cross-functional dependencies, and executing on deliverables that sit under those larger programs. You bring structure and follow-through to the work, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure key outputs land on time and to standard. - Budget Tracking and Investment Management: Drive EFM's investment tracking model across all programs, geographies, and budget categories. Maintain a single source of truth for planned versus actual spend. Surface variances proactively with clear explanations and recommended actions. Partner with Finance on monthly closes, reforecasts, and scenario modeling. Produce budget status reporting for the SVP and leadership team at every QBR cycle. - Headcount and Org Operations: Maintain a real-time headcount model covering FTEs, open requisitions, contractors, and agency resources across EFM globally. Connect HC tracking to budget and flag risks when the model drifts from plan. Support the Chief of Staff and SVP on org design decisions, role definitions, and headcount requests. Own the recruiting tracker and ensure leadership visibility into hiring progress. - Global Program Health and Portfolio Intelligence: Track the health, milestone status, and pipeline contribution of EFM's active global programs, including the AI Control Tower offer campaign, Knowledge to You roadshow, and other multi-geo initiatives. Know where every major workstream stands, what is on track, what is at risk, and what decisions need to be made. Build the reporting infrastructure that makes that visibility continuous and effortless. - AI-Native Operations: Actively apply AI tools to improve the speed and quality of operational outputs, from budget modeling to meeting preparation to program status synthesis. Help establish the standard for AI-assisted ways of working across the Office of the SVP and the broader EFM team. Qualifications What you need: - A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity. You define the structure when it does not exist yet and move without waiting to be asked. - Fluency with AI tools - you actively use AI to accelerate research, synthesize information, draft executive outputs, and build operational artifacts faster. You are curious about what AI can do, honest about its limits, and already integrating it into how you work. - 6 or more years in program management, strategy and operations, a chief of staff function, or management consulting, ideally supporting a senior marketing or go-to-market leader at an enterprise SaaS or technology company. - A track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, not just tracking them. - Strong financial fluency. You are comfortable owning a budget model, explaining variances, and leading reforecast conversations with Finance without hand-holding. - Demonstrated headcount and org operations experience. You have tracked HC against plan, managed recruiting pipelines, and supported org design decisions at a function or business unit level. - Exceptional organizational discipline. You build systems that create clarity for others and keep multiple high-priority workstreams moving simultaneously without dropping anything. - Executive-ready communication. You write clearly, present confidently, and produce outputs a senior leader can take directly into a CMO or CRO conversation without editing. - Strong analytical instincts. You do not just track data. You synthesize it into the implications and recommendations that drive decisions. - Experience designing and running rhythm of business for a senior executive or leadership team: QBRs, staff meetings, all-hands, offsites. - Enterprise B2B marketing operations familiarity is strongly preferred. ServiceNow or SaaS experience is a plus. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
