Key Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex enterprise-grade Python applications. - Develop secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code and implement algorithms that perform reliably within distributed systems. - Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to defined design constraints and performance requirements. - Develop and optimize data processing logic for large-scale datasets, including extraction, transformation, validation, and performance tuning. - Gather, analyze, and synthesize large and diverse datasets to support continuous improvement of applications and business processes. - Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational insights. - Identify hidden defects, performance bottlenecks, and architectural weaknesses, implementing improvements to coding standards and system reliability. - Contribute to engineering best practices, conduct thorough peer code reviews, and mentor less-senior engineers. - Participate fully in Agile development cycles and CI/CD processes, ensuring consistent and stable deployments. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Support operational stability through structured incident response, debugging, log analysis, and post-incident reviews. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments. - Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with significant uptime and reliability requirements. - Hands-on experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase. - Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Proven hands-on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support. - Strong working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency. - Demonstrated experience debugging and maintaining complex, enterprise-level applications in production. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, application resiliency patterns, and secure coding standards. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic environments while keeping stakeholders informed. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with both technical and business teams. • Own the health of Heidi's strategic enterprise accounts (BILH, Franciscan, and others), including building and maintaining account health dashboards. • Respond to session-loss and integration incidents against a sub-2-hour initial response target, and help define realistic SLAs across incident severities. • Identify recurring failure patterns and drive the architectural improvements that fix root causes — not repeated surface-level patches. • Build systems that live inside clinical workflows: shape how Heidi integrates with the EHRs that run American healthcare, so integrations feel native rather than bolted on. • Turn clinical and billing complexity — payer constraints, compliance requirements, health-system-specific rules — into systems that absorb that complexity so clinicians never see it. • Write clean, testable, observable code for workflows that clinicians, operators, and downstream systems depend on. • Own outcomes, not just code: care whether what you build actually reduces churn risk and improves account health, not just whether it technically works. • Ship agentic workflow functionality — AI-assisted extraction, reconciliation, and drafting — with human review, auditability, and clear controls. • Partner closely with the GTM and Enterprise account teams during US business hours, since our largest customers depend on real-time coverage rather than a 24-hour turnaround. • Operate independently while looping in the NA Regional Integration TL on roadmap, prioritization, and cross-initiative dependencies.

• Join sales calls as the technical lead—running product deep-dives, whiteboarding architectures, and fielding detailed questions from prospects' engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers. • Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their stack, and translate M0's capabilities into the customer's language. • Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept, and scope integration work with the customer to move deals toward close. • Exercise judgment on escalation—surfacing roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and handing off implementation, scoping, and technical blockers to Integrations Engineering with clean, complete context. • Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions, and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs. • Act as the feedback loop from the field to Product, bringing back patterns, gaps, and competitive signals that shape the roadmap.

• Craft standardized to customized consulting engagement proposals for the implementation of the CorityOne EHS+ Platform. • Understand the customers’ needs and training requirements and help create a strong commitment to delivering the solution effectively. • Foster a strong partnership with Cority professional services and partner organizations to create profitable implementation projects. • Help customers understand change management and the vision for successfully deploying the solution. • Work with Product and Services team to help create more optimized and turn key delivery for key products. • Utilize expert knowledge of subject matter and software offerings to guide customers through a complex sales process to solutions that solve their real-world problems. • Gather customer requirements to produce implementation strategies, cost estimates, and streamline the sales to services transition. • Facilitate workshops with prospects and customers to help with alignment of stakeholders, identify where modern software eliminates manual work and connects with other enterprise tools, prioritize needs to plan a successful sometimes multi-phase project and access customers EHS+ technology maturity and advise them on their next best step. • Develop business cases using tangible and intangible benefit statements and calculating a return on investment to justify the project. • Analyze project outcomes to improve the estimation processes over time. • Work closely with the Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Professional Services Teams to promote successful sales strategies, increase efficiency, and facilitate the development of package offerings. • Support various sales engagements simultaneously at various stages of their process. • Maintain a strong knowledge base of product roadmaps and their impact on existing customers and new opportunities. • Stay familiar with changing industry and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with the services team to clarify project scope with customers during project escalations.
