Job Description

HR Specialist – HR Operations & Analytics

• Shape HR processes actively • Support the setup and further development of HR reporting • Develop HR metrics and analyses for management • Maintain and develop the HR system Personio • Analyze existing HR processes to identify optimization potential • Actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects • Support employees across the entire employee lifecycle • Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR matters • Maintain digital personnel files and time tracking • Draft and continuously improve employment contracts and HR templates • Support monthly payroll processing

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR – e.g., as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or HR Administrator
  • Enjoy working with numbers and data
  • Initial exposure to Compensation & Benefits or pay structures
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Experience with payroll processing is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Personio or comparable HR systems is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, analytical and independent manner
  • Discretion, service orientation and a solution-focused working style
