Job Description

Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist

Hostinger

Role Description Join Hostinger's Content team and help us turn educational content into one of our strongest growth engines. As a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist in the Content team, you'll shape how millions of users experience and interact with Hostinger's educational content. You'll own the journey from insight to impact—identifying opportunities, designing user experiences, leading experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business growth. Responsibilities - Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs. - Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy. - Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation. - Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning. - Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem. - Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or experimentation. - UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — you can diagnose why users don't convert. - Analytical rigor — you're comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence rather than gut feel. - Experience optimizing long-form content and creating experiences that guide users toward action. - Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand. - Can craft—or direct—copy that converts without compromising the brand. - Thrive when juggling multiple ideas and confidently prioritize the ones that will create the biggest impact. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with content-led growth, SEO-heavy products, SaaS or web hosting, or have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Benefits - 🚀 360 Growth: Limitless learning opportunities, access to platforms like Reforge and CoachHub, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry-leading subscriptions. - 🎯 Freedom & responsibility: Work on your terms, whether from home or anywhere in the world, with a home office budget and flexible schedule. - 💪 Wellness simplified: Company-provided sick days, 20 paid suspension days, Headspace subscriptions, and recharge leave. - 🎉 Work hard - play hard: Company events like Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-building experiences, and milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.
