Role Description Own the hardware security architecture for Positron's AI accelerator platform, ensuring protection of customer models, user data, firmware, intellectual property, and secure operation throughout the product lifecycle. This role spans architecture through production deployment. Key Responsibilities - Silicon Security Architecture - Define the overall silicon security architecture for Positron's platform. - Own secure boot, hardware root of trust, chain of trust, authenticated firmware, and measured boot. - Own secure debug, secure manufacturing, fuse programming, key provisioning, and device identity. - Own key ladders, anti-rollback protections, JTAG security, scan access control, and lifecycle states. - AI Asset Protection - Protect customer models and weights through weight encryption and weight authentication. - Secure data in motion via link encryption, PCIe security, CXL security, and on-chip fabric security. - Own DRAM encryption, secure DMA, secure memory regions, and confidential computing techniques. - Threat Modeling & Security Reviews - Perform architecture security reviews and develop attack models across the platform. - Mitigate physical attacks, fault injection, side-channel attacks, replay attacks, firmware compromise, and supply-chain attacks. - Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with firmware, software, architecture, DFT, validation, manufacturing, and cloud security teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle. - Industry Engagement - Stay current with NIST, FIPS, CCA, RISC-V security, and Arm security standards, as well as emerging areas like post-quantum cryptography and confidential AI. - AI-Enabled Engineering - Apply AI-assisted techniques for threat modeling, security verification, coverage analysis, and documentation. Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in hardware security architecture. - Deep expertise in secure boot and hardware root of trust design. - Strong cryptography and key management ability. - Hands-on experience with secure manufacturing processes. - A solid grasp of silicon bring-up in a security-critical context. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AI accelerator platforms. - Familiarity with HSMs and TPMs. - Expert-level proficiency in TEE, CCA, and Arm TrustZone architectures. - Experience with confidential computing, PCIe IDE, and CXL IDE. Role Description We're seeking a Databricks Architect (Senior/Specialist level) to serve as a senior technical authority for data architecture and analytics engineering on the Databricks Lakehouse platform across Cognify Analytics and our client engagements. In this role, you will design and own Databricks-based data platform architecture, lead complex data engineering initiatives, and ensure our data capabilities are enterprise-grade, governed, and future-ready. You will bridge data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML — combining deep hands-on expertise in Databricks, Python, and SQL with strong architectural judgment and stakeholder communication. Qualifications - Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 6–9 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture, with demonstrated technical leadership on at least a few large-scale engagements. - Mandatory, hands-on expertise in Databricks, Python, and SQL in production environments. - Strong working knowledge of the modern data stack: dbt, Airflow/Dagster, Fivetran/Airbyte, Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native data services. - Solid grasp of data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Data Vault, Activity Schema, OBT) and the judgment to apply them across contexts. - Experience with cloud data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP (any combination is acceptable, alongside Databricks). - Proven ability to influence technical direction and align technical and business stakeholders on complex architecture topics. - Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, cataloging, lineage, and regulatory compliance frameworks. - Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a high-performing data team. - Strong understanding of how data platforms serve AI/ML workloads, including feature engineering, vector data, and model input/output pipelines. • Lead project designs, direct other architects and designers to complete architectural designs in accordance with accepted practices and company standards. • Assist with and lead the development of contract documents, including Revit models, drawings, details, specifications, and installation scopes of work. • Lead the development and maintenance of Revit standards, templates, and libraries. • Work with the Department Manager for team improvements, technology needs, sales strategies, proposal development, and production efficiency. • Mentor other architects and designers to facilitate a learning experience for subordinate personnel. • Manage discipline project budgets utilizing Work Breakdown Structures Report (WBS), segregating tasks and associated costs in accordance with the scope of work outlined in project proposals. • Supervise and direct assigned project personnel and control projects, including productivity, resource hours used, project changes, and adherence to predefined scope of services. • Maintain and submit accurate budget and schedule forecasts to the Project Manager, Department Manager, and Client for evaluation of productivity and schedule variance. • Maintain project correspondence file to include project-related memos, letters, scope change documentation, and associated documents. • Maintain positive client relations and develop potential work opportunities. • Works in a safe manner at all times.
