School-Based Supervising Speech Language Pathologist
The Speech & Language Center
Role Description Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about guiding and supporting the next generation of clinicians? We’re looking for a Supervising SLP to oversee Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in the school setting. - Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to SLPAs delivering school-based services - Maintain compliance with supervision and documentation requirements - Evaluate and adjust therapy plans as needed for student progress Qualifications - Active Virginia SLP license (required) - ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred - Prior experience supervising SLPAs or providing pediatric/school-based therapy a plus - Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits - Remote option - Competitive pay - Supportive team environment with strong administrative support - Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives in the Harrisonburg area Company Description
