• Design and detail mat and pier type foundations for substation structures • Ensure all work is performed with emphasis on quality and project costs • Follow client’s requirements and internal company’s quality control and quality assurance practices

• Support civil storm water permitting • Collaborate with a team to manage and design projects on-time and on-budget • Coordinate with engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists • Execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager

• Provide civil engineering input and support for the design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects. • Provide direction and assist the performance of the water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects. • Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team. • Supports risk analysis with project management. • Lead the development of engineering standards, principles, processes and procedures. • Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals. • Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel. • Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise. • Develop and update documentation including engineering designs, drawings and site-specific information for the safety, operations, and maintenance of the site. • Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance. • Identify and recommend improvements to operations to ensure assigned functions are efficient and cost effective. • Take proper safety precautions, anticipate unsafe circumstances, and act accordingly to prevent accidents. • Contributes to business development through proposal support, identification of client needs and project estimating. • Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise. • Interface with other technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals. • Mentor and provide technical training to junior team members. • All other duties as required.

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and services • Perform comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects stay within budget • Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders • Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and contract management to ensure cost control and planning advice • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in project design and execution • Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates • Update and maintain a repository for historical cost data to inform future projects • Define and track cost performance metrics, leading monthly cost reporting and analysis
