Role Description This role involves leading initiatives to enhance the skills and productivity of our sales teams by developing and implementing effective enablement strategies. - Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology. - Build and implement annual and quarterly enablement strategies by assessing needs with key stakeholders. - Make data-driven decisions to identify learning gaps and enhance productivity through coaching plans. - Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas to achieve buy-in around execution. - Work with sellers to provide feedback and identify improvement areas through various coaching methods. - Organize and evaluate sales readiness assessments. - Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions, virtually or in person, to drive continual learning. - Ensure consistency in methodology and identify opportunities for content improvement. - Collaborate with leaders to establish processes that reinforce key learnings. - Communicate enablement strategies and reports continuously to sales managers. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. - Exceptional communication skills suitable for virtual interactions with diverse personas. - 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management in complex selling environments. - Proficient in recognized sales methodologies and coaching frameworks. - Ability to influence and engage with various personalities and work at all organizational levels. - Strong alignment skills, capable of achieving consensus and executing on strategies. - Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes. - Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills. - Willingness to travel internationally when necessary. • Lead a group of Equipment and Process Technicians • Attend various Equipments and Process daily issue. • Ensuring Preventive Maintenance schedule carry out by Technicians. • Required excellent communication skills for various inter department communications • Suggest and executive Continuous Improvement on equipments down time or improve operational efficiency. • Respond to any escalation from technicians from unscheduled down time or process KPOV. • Monitor and respond to QC escalation from Test’s KPOV. • Respond and follow up on Quality Incidents on-hold and disposition. • Attend various Daily Meeting. • Work load assigning base on production schedule for various equipment. • Responsible to Technicians career path planning and performance designation. • Attend various training course for technical and soft skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain features for the Internal web applications and solutions • Support a production-deployed application hosted in Azure • Build and enhance Next.js-based user interfaces • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services • Collaborate on cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines within Azure • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, and deployment workflows • Partner with product, data, and platform stakeholders to integrate enterprise systems • Help shape future architecture and technical direction of the platform

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using **React Native and Expo** • Convert **Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile interfaces** • Architect clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions • Work with native modules and integrate Swift components when needed • Manage the full iOS app lifecycle, including **building, testing, and publishing to the Apple App Store** • Handle Expo builds, EAS configuration, and deployment workflows • Collaborate closely with backend and product teams • Debug and resolve performance issues and production bugs • Contribute to technical decisions and product improvements
