Role Description Lead cross-functional technical programs that drive operational excellence, automation, and data-driven decision making. This role partners with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions, proactively manage risks, and improve organizational efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics. - Lead end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and business outcomes. - Define program governance, KPIs, roadmaps, and executive reporting. - Identify risks, dependencies, and early warning signals to proactively prevent issues and drive continuous improvement. - Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights. - Design and maintain scalable data models in Microsoft Dataverse. - Develop Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions that improve visibility and automate business processes. - Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar technical leadership role. - Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI). - Experience managing cross-functional programs in Agile environments. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of data governance, security, and process automation. Requirements - Experience with Azure services and system integrations. - Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps. - Microsoft Power Platform or PMP/Agile certifications. - Must have: hands on AI - strong experience data modeling, Power BI, JIRA. - ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). - If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC. Role Description Cyera is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing to support and scale our marketing organization driving program and project management for Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Strategic Events, and other marketing functions. You’ll partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every major initiative, from product launches to campaigns to events, run on time and in service of our broader marketing and organizational goals.
