• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to measure partner health, funnel performance, and portfolio economics and drive action. • Support analytical workstreams for partner diligence, onboarding, and optimization — including forecasting and ROI modeling. • Build frameworks to evaluate partner economics versus expectations. • Partner with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to evaluate new opportunities, test hypotheses, and guide investment decisions. • Design and execute experiments (A/B or quasi-experimental) to assess and improve partner conversion funnels. • Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate, reliable partner reporting. • Translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Growing together The Medicare Advantage (MA) Product Capabilities team provides management, strategic oversight, subject matter expertise, data analytics, data delivery and stewardship, and production support for technical assets which deliver Medicare Advantage product and benefit data across the enterprise. Our focus is to create sustainable solutions that drive efficiencies in operations where Medicare Advantage product data is needed. The Sr Data Analyst is a business-facing position that will specialize in managing eligibility and benefit data, supporting vendors that administer supplemental Medicare Advantage benefits (such as fitness or transportation). Vendors and internal stakeholders consistently require data and ad-hoc analysis. This role ensures eligibility data is accurate, compliant with CMS regulations and UHG standards, and delivered in accordance with established business requirements. This role involves querying databases in Snowflake and SQL Server, as well as custom APIs. It requires a solid analytical mindset and the ability to understand the business processes and data supported by MA Product, then apply that knowledge to ensure our data exchanges provide a seamless member experience.
