Role Description LTCI Partners is looking for a part-time, detail-oriented individual to assist in supporting our sales efforts. Responsible for working with advisors and clients directly over the phone for LTC Insurance & Hybrid Life + LTC Insurance product fulfillment. This remote associate will conduct these duties via telephone, Microsoft Teams WebEx, GoToMeeting or other technology platforms. - Responsible for making sure all information is gathered accurately and efficiently - Ability to support our Direct Sales Team for sales efforts such as sorting sales inbox, checking on license and CE, and quoting assistance - Point-of-sale calls/meetings (direct to consumer, Insurance specialists and their clients) - Act as “subject matter expert” for all-things LTC Insurance for our clients - Conduct meetings, and phone calls with advisors or working with clients individually - Data entry to assist New Business Processing team with incoming applications if applicable - Occasional potential for marketing opportunity to send drip emails / announcements out to our clients Qualifications - 2+ years sales experience wholesaling in the Life, LTC or Hybrid Life + LTC Insurance industry (internal, external or combination) a plus - Prior point-of-sale experience - Proven ability to build strong relationships - Excellent presentation skills, both in creation and delivery - Expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of existing, new and enhanced products - Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs - Effective time management and decision-making skills - Diligent follow-up skills - Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral communications Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Must hold a valid Insurance license in state of residence Benefits Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. Job Requirements
- 2+ years sales experience wholesaling in the Life, LTC or Hybrid Life + LTC Insurance industry (internal, external or combination) a plus
- Prior point-of-sale experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
