Role Description As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in account-based marketing, influencer marketing, user engagement, and daily creative and operational tasks. - Influencer Marketing Assistance - Research and identify influencers suitable for BAND - Conduct outreach, share creative briefs, and oversee influencer onboarding - Manage communications, ensure follow-through, and provide content guidelines - Handle administrative tasks, including registration and payout processing - Track campaign performance and manage community engagement - Teamwide Support - Provide teamwide support across administrative and operational needs, including customer support, logistics coordination, and general team assistance. - Content Creation - Assist in developing content for social media, marketing channels, and promotional materials across the team. - Conduct and edit user interviews. - Support video editing and multimedia production. Overview This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience across customer support, product education, content creation, and team operations. Your primary role will be to help users succeed with BAND, deliver tailored demos to prospective customers, and develop resources that enhance onboarding—while also supporting the team with logistics and administrative coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with partnership and marketing teams to continuously improve the user experience and ensure internal operations run efficiently and smoothly.
