In this engaging role, you will be the vital link that facilitates seamless communication and support for clients as they navigate their healthcare journeys. - Facilitating call center operations, admissions processes, CRM/EMR data management, and pre-admission insurance protocols - Overseeing outbound calling initiatives and marketing campaigns - Keeping the CRM database and pre-screening tools in tip-top shape - Coordinating the logistics for client intake - Building strong connections with clients, families, and referral sources - Assisting with billing procedures and financial planning - Monitoring calls, social media engagement, and SEO performance - Supporting the coordination of both internal and external marketing efforts - Managing emergency situations while upholding compliance standards Qualifications - A passion for helping others and a strong empathetic nature - Previous experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in intake or case support roles, is a big plus - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with healthcare documentation and regulations, ensuring compliance at every step - Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software - Availability during US hours: Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 7 PM EST and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST - Comfortable working U.S. hours - Remote work from home Company Description Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
