• Create an intuitive and user-friendly technology environment for your fellow Pomelos! • Be the primary IT support coverage during west coast hours for a team that's mostly remote, with folks working from our NYC and SF offices too • Run onboarding and offboarding for a distributed team: provisioning accounts, shipping devices, and recovering them when people leave • Implement security policies across Okta, Slack, Google Workspace and others to keep our patients' data safe
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role
- Strong customer service and communication skills — you focus on end-user experience and empathize with users
- Success both when working independently and within a team — you'll anchor coverage for the back half of the day
- Experience administering systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
- Experience supporting Apple hardware, including MDM tools like Iru (formerly Kandji) or Jamf, and device lifecycle for a remote workforce
