• Completes day-to-day tasks for the support function of the Customer Service Operations unit, following administrative guidelines to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. • Assists resolution of Customer Service Operations inquiries, following established departmental response and problem-solving thresholds, to ensure timely resolutions and successful closure. • Collects data to share telephonically to field sales staff, and develops strong partnerships cross-functionally to serve the company’s customers. • Assists with needed communications for the company’s warehouse, operations, and inspections teams to investigate customer queries and takes ownership to provide front-line initial solutions, or provide needed escalation expeditiously to management. • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
