Role Description We are seeking a Telecom Network Planning Strategist to support broadband network expansion initiatives through GIS analysis, market intelligence, and business strategy. This role will focus on evaluating growth opportunities, analyzing customer and market data, and developing business cases that drive network investment decisions. This is not a traditional GIS Analyst role. The ideal candidate understands broadband network planning, HFC and fiber infrastructure, subscriber growth opportunities, competitive market dynamics, and how telecommunications providers evaluate expansion opportunities.
