• Design, build, and maintain gold-layer data models and a governed metrics layer in Snowflake using dbt — clean, tested, documented, and version-controlled. • Establish metric definitions as the single source of truth: calculated once, reused everywhere, with clear ownership and change management. • Push transformation and calculation logic upstream into the warehouse so the consumption layer stays simple, consistent, and high-trust — eliminating per-dashboard logic and manual rework. • Partner with data engineering on the boundary between raw/silver pipelines (theirs) and the gold/metrics layer (yours). • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics experiences in our enterprise BI platform that sit on top of governed metrics rather than reinventing logic. • Translate business questions into both the underlying metric and the visualization that communicates it. • Champion data quality, consistency, and trust across all delivered analytics, ensuring numbers hold up under scrutiny.
