Role Description The Program Analyst serves as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for a federal Background Investigations contract. This position supports program leadership through data analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and program coordination activities. The Program Analyst works closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify trends, evaluate program performance, support workforce planning efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations that support contract requirements and customer objectives.
